Apparently Rihanna is the first woman to be pregnant for 10 years. The internet has claimed Rihanna to be pregnant during literally every relationship has been in and we haven’t seen an actual baby bump nor baby come to surface not one of these times….Yet somehow, folks still believe it before it comes out of the Bad Gal’s mouth.
You know, I’ve really never been a fan of pregnancy rumors when it comes to our celebrity women. One, because it’s a really personal moment in a woman’s life that they deserve to share in their own way…and two, because I’m sure it can be hella insulting and discouraging as a woman for you to just have a little bloating going on and the whole word is now deeming you pregnant.
As many times as the internet has done this to Beyonce and Rihanna, these two should either have their own respective football teams of children or you’d at least expect people to stop believing it until they’ve said.. but again, Rih just had another baby put inside her courtesy of net. Earlier this week, fans on social media, theorized that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky. Though normally silent about these types of reports, the singer shut it down swiftly while DM’ing with a fan on Instagram.
“Can I come to the baby shower sis!?” the fan messaged Rihanna. “True or not your babies are going to be beautiful. Sorry everyone’s up in your uterus right now.” Rihanna replied: “Haaaaa! Stawwwp! You ain’t came to the first 10 baby showers! Y’all breed me every year dammit lol” The fan shared a screenshot of the interaction on her main page.
While she may not be pregnant yet, Rihanna did say she’d like to have kids at some point during an interview British Vogue in 2020.
She explained at the time: “Hell, yeah, [I’d have kids on my own]. I feel like society makes me want to feel like, ‘Oh, you got it wrong…’ They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives. But the only thing that matters is happiness, that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”
