RIGHT BACK AT CHA!: Apparently Lizzo Plans to Sue Her Accusers for ‘Malicious Prosecution’ While Her Attorney Raises Photo Evidence Countering Their Claims

Lizzo isn’t going down without a fight.. and I don’t blame her!

A few weeks ago news broke that three of Lizzo’s former dancers went public with accusations of sexual harassment and the creation of a hostile workplace. In the weeks since more allegations have come out from various former dancers. To counter that some of the remaining Big Grrrl and Big Boiii dancers released a statement backing the singer last week. While she has been out of the public eye as much of this unfolds, the latest piece of news to cross our desk regarding this ordeal might throw banana peel in her accusers story.

According to TMZ, Lizzo’s attorney, Marty Singer, has revealed that newly surfaced photos show Lizzo’s accusers “happily carousing” and “gleefully reveling” backstage with the performers from a topless cabaret show in Paris during Lizzo’s tour.  Singer says the photos are from March 5th, which is about a month after the infamous February visit to ‘Bananenbar’ in Amsterdam where the dancers claim claim she pressured them to eat bananas from performers’ vaginas.

Lizzo’s accusers, Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez — also claim they were essentially forced to go to the Paris topless show, but her attorney says that contradicts the photos where they’re “happily cavorting backstage” with the topless dancers and also chose to re-up with Lizzo a few weeks after the Paris show and return for the third leg of her tour.

The attorney for the accusers, Neama Rahmani, fired back at the claims also speaking to TMZ of  the smiling pic, “Of course, they wanted to keep their jobs. They had bills to pay just like everyone else but they finally had enough of the abuse. We stand by every claim in the lawsuit and look forward to trial.”

Lizzo’s attorney says he also has other “substantial evidence” in addition to the photos and videos that “prove the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs claim in their bogus lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.” He also referred to the suit as a “sham” and tells TMZ that Lizzo intends to sue for malicious prosecution after she wins the backup dancers’ suit. Well, I guess we’ll see how this plays out. Thoughts?
