Blac Chyna is probably not having the best of days today. If you haven’t heard (or seen) yet, Blac Chyna’s sex tape was leaked earlier today by an anonymous Twitter user, and she claims to not be responsible for the video ending up online. We reported earlier that Chyna is clearly shown in the video, performing oral sex on an unnamed man, who is notably not her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian. It didn’t take long for her lawyers to speak up on the situation as the police attempt to find who is responsible for the leak.
Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, tweeted out to her followers the severity of the situation, saying, “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke.”
Bloom follows up later, taking the angle that even if Chyna may have known she was being recorded that, if she did not have a say in the public sharing of the video, her consent is violated. Blac Chyna alleges that she is not responsible for the leak and police are currently on the case to find the culprit.

Whether a woman knows she's being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is.
