Stephen Belafonte says he just wants to see his children.
The legal battle between Mel B and her ex Stephen Belafonte is still ongoing. The last update on the duo calling it quits was there feud on visitation rights, more specifically Stephen still wanting the ability to visit his step-daughter, Angel, whose real father is Eddie Murphy.
Stephen previously claimed Eddie was not interested in his biological daughter and says his presence in Angel’s life – having been there since she was a baby – is a reason to continue their relationship even after he and Mel split up.
TMZ caught up with Stephen where he tells the cameraman that he has a tattoo of an “A” that’s for his step-daughter. He states how he doesn’t want to be disrespectful but he’s simply fighting to see both of his daughters and will let the court handle it – “nothing negative.”
When asked if Eddie talks to Angel much, Stephen just says that he doesn’t “know that relationship.” The film producer recently won joint custody of he and Mel’s daughter Madison, but the decision on his visitation rights with Angel will hopefully be resolved for the betterment of each party.
