NOT SO FAST!: Megan Thee Stallion’s Lawyer Shuts Down Misleading Reports Claiming She’s Being Sued for Sexual Harrassment – “We Will Deal With This in Court”

I’m noticing a pattern with a lot these lawsuits against celebrities. The claim itself will be for one thing, but the suit will be padded with all these extra details that don’t necessarily do anything for the claim itself, but will embarrass the star and make headlines.

Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer Alex Spiro wants to make it clear that this lawsuit from a scorned former employee has nothing to do with body-ody-odies.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” Spiro told the folks over at Page Six simply ending with a strong, “We will deal with this in court.”

Garcia is apparently suing Megan, Roc Nation, and the Hot Girl Tour, citing an alleged hostile work environment, labor code violations and retaliation, and is looking for an unspecified amount for the alleged damage done.

What caused Megan’s lawyer to have to clarify this however is due to very specific accusations Garcia mentions in his complaint spreading like wildfire without those very specific details. One alleged incident in particular that is being highlighted by Garcia. This allegedly took place in June 2022 during a trip to Ibiza. Following a night out, Megan was with her friends in the back of a SUV. Garcia was there, and he alleges that Meg began having sex with one of the women, right in front of him. “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia said to NBC News.

Garcia went on to allege Stallion “berated” him and yelled “fat-shaming comments” toward him at times, such as “fat b—-,” “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.” He claims he confided in a makeup artist about the alleged treatment and told her he wanted to terminate his employment due to her “lack of appropriate pay for the amount of time asked of him.”

Garcia also says he was “misclassified as an Independent Contractor” instead of “Personal Cameraman,” thus, “he was effectively denied any of the protections an employee would have under California law.”

We’ll keep you posted on his this plays out. Thoughts?
