K. Michelle shows love to Ciara and her happily ever after with “Ciara’s Prayer.”
As promised, this past Friday K. Michelle dropped off her latest R&B offering ‘All Monsters Are Human.’ The outspoken songstress and Love & Hip Hop Hollywood reality star has been hyping the release of her latest record for weeks now, letting her “Rebels” know that while she has plans to dabble in other genres, R&B will always have her heart. However, Kimberly adds other sonic elements that mix in her love for country music—just give “Ciara’s Prayer” a spin.
All Monsters Are Human is filled with songs based on the ups and downs of love song with a few naughty lyrics sprinkled in which has been right up K. Michelle’s alley for years and something that her fans have come to love her for. K has always been infamous for always be inspired musically by different entertainers and their public stories, from Drake with “Girls Love Drake” to Kim Kardashian with “Kim K” and now Ciara with “Ciara’s Prayer.” In a recent interview when asked what inspired her to create around the “Level Up” singer’s romantic life, K expanded on those thoughts:
“Because I just say it all the time and I always write about life. So, I wondered, “Was her karma that good? How did she get that man? (laughs).” I want to know if there are any other men like that. If so, where do they live? I want to know,” she laughed, before continuing and giving Ciara major props:
“She’s always been one of my favorite artists. People don’t know, she was one of the first artists to really give me advice. She told me, “When you win, you win with everybody, but when you lose, you lose by yourself.” I always remembered that. Every time I’ve seen her she’s been the sweetest person — like ever. To see her happy and in love, and every woman wants that feeling, to feel like that, I wanted to know what prayer she prayed.”
