Blac Chyna is scared her naked ass will scar the kids.
According to the folks over at The Blast, Blac Chyna is pleading with the court to not allow naked photos of her to be shown during her court battle with ex Rob Kardashian, fearing it will hurt her kids, King and Dream. According to court documents, Chyna is asking the court to split her lawsuit into two separate trials.
Chyna sued Rob, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian accusing them of causing her reality show “Rob & Chyna” to be canceled. She believes they defamed in the media and cost her millions in deals. Chyna wants this part of her part of the lawsuit to be heard before a jury in court.
Her lawsuit includes a claim of revenge porn against Rob. After their breakup, Rob posted an explicit photo of Chyna’s vagina on his Instagram. The docs read, “Rob Kardashian distributed sexually explicit pictures of Chyna, a well-known reality T.V. star and model, to his 9 million-plus Instagram followers.”
Chyna believes the revenge porn issue should be heard without a jury and decided solely by a judge. She states, “The Revenge Porn photos at issue were meant for Chyna’s fiancé’s eyes’ (Rob’s) only, not for the public at large. Outside of the intimate context in which the photos were shared by Chyna with Rob, the photos are degrading to Chyna and extremely humiliating.”
Chyna says she doesn’t want to endure humiliation if a jury has to view her “highly intimate and degrading Revenge Porn photos” in front of her. She adds, “Plaintiff strongly believes that a bench trial on the Revenge Porn claims will be best for Plaintiff’s two minor children, King Cairo and Dream, as it will minimize further exposure of the Revenge Porn photos.”
Chyna throws jabs at her ex and his family accusing them of a widespread attempt to discredit her publicly, which she believes could taint the potential jury pool. Rob and his family are not objecting to the two separate trials.
A judge has yet to rule.
