Tasha K may want to go ahead and take a couple of corks out of those wine bottles and plug them right in her mouth, especially when she’s thinking of talking about Big Bardi.
You know that old saying about writing a check that your a** can’t cash? Rather loud YouTuber Tasha K may have to revert back to box wine from the gas station and Arbor Mist because not only does she owe Cardi B millions of dollars following their lawsuit, but apparently she won’t be banking off her previous lies on Cardi’s name any longer either.. and the judge just helped make sure of that.
The multi-million dollar lawsuit between Cardi and Tasha began nearly three years ago after Tasha posted more than 30 videos to YouTube, attaching Cardi’s name to several false claims concerning STIs, cocaine, prostitution, “side peen,” and even false claims about her children. Cardi admitted that these “highly offensive” false claims impacted her mental health, even leading her to contemplate suicide. While ultimately celebrated victory for her legal case against the YouTuber, it seems as if Tasha still hasn’t been taking matters seriously as she hadn’t taken down any of the videos in question and was even taking a page out of Teairra Mari’s book by quoting “I Ain’t Got it” in terms of Cardi’s money all over social media while also stating that she will be attempting to appeal the case.
This led to Cardi’s lawyers deciding that an additional court order is necessary in order to force the Youtuber to delete all traces of false claims regarding Cardi and refrain from “repeating and republishing” her “patently false” statements.
Now according to TMZ, on Monday (4/4), a federal judge in Atlanta signed off an injunction forcing Tasha to delete a her old posts which trashed and defamed Cardi. According to the new docs, Tasha’s now on the clock as the judge has given her 5 days to scrub her social media platforms and YouTube page of all those shots at Cardi and both sides agreed to the terms of the injunction.
Now, if Tasha wins the appeal (which honestly doesn’t look good for her either), the judge says she can file to modify the injunction, which she could then repost her allegations about Cardi. But for now… she’s to put a cork in it. Thoughts?
