(See previous story) You know that old saying about writing a check that your a** can’t cash? Tasha K may have to revert back to box wine from the gas station and Arbor Mist because Big Bardi’s lawyers just ran them pockets dry.
It’s a bittersweet ending for our girl Cardi B and a very loud message for those who insist on making up lies about her like loud mouther Youtuber Tasha K. After Cardi was declared the victor in her federal libel lawsuit against Tasha, who spread false rumors about the rapper having an STD, as well as disgusting false information about her daughter. The suit was worth $1.25 million, which was already looking like a serious blow to Tasha’s bank account. However, it seems now she needs to prepare to cough up even more.
According to Dennis Byron and other reporters, who have been following this case from the courtroom, Tasha K’s damages have already exceeded $2.8 million. On top of that, the jury was deliberating on Tuesday morning (January 25) on another $1.3 million in attorney fees, which Tasha would be liable to pay. This means that this little “wino” may want to switch from wine to whiskey because she’s going to need something a little stronger dealing with this $4 million debt that’s about to hit her pockets.
Tasha previously tried to safe face after yesterday’s verdict tweeting “My Husband, Attorney’s, & I fought really hard. I want to thank them for their long hours and sleepless nights,” “I forgot to thank all of the viewers for all of your support. In this business, this is part of the protocol. Everyone in my seat has been through this, & this ain’t the last. This comes with the territory. See y’all Friday! It’s long overdue!”
Someone should probably tap Tasha on her shoulder and tell her that pretty much destroying any bit of credibility that you may have had because you decided to knowingly lie and harass a person, is not a part of expected protocol one bit. It’ll be interesting to see where this goes further and if Tasha’s videos will be snatched down as well. Stay tuned. What’s your take on all of this?

Georgia federal court jury just awarded her every penny of requested expenses/attorneys fees: $1,338,753.47.
And another $1.5 million in punitive damage ($1 million against Tasha K and $500k against her company)
