FAMILY FEUD: Blac Chyna & Tyga Will Be Battling it Out in Court Soon After He Shoots Down Her Request for Joint Custody & Child Support

One thing about the artist formerly known as Blac Chyna… she certainly doesn’t mind taking anyone to court. But is she right here?

Angela White, formerly Blac Chyna, and Tyga’s custody and child support battle just got a big update. For those unaware, the last update we got on that was the rapper responding to White’s motion by dismissing it, saying they should keep their current arrangement. At the time, Chyna reportedly filed motion asking a judge to decide whether or not she should be awarded joint custody of their 10-year-old son King. Additionally, the report notes that Chyna also wanted the court to “make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”

After the motion was filed, Tyga hopped in the comments section online of a story covering the report. Making it clear he had no intentions of changing their current parental arrangement, writing: “10 years later… nah….stick to ur schedule sat-mon.”

Now, gears hav e turned that might force him to fully respond in court. Moreover, according to Radar Online, the reality TV star was finally able to present him court documents of her custody petition, prompting the Compton MC to respond in court or face the legal consequences.

Not only that, but this report states that Blac Chyna was able to do so by reaching out to Tyga’s mother. According to this new report, Pasionaye Nguyen accepted the docs on September 1 at 7:03 p.m., citing a process server as the source. White hired this server to deliver these files, which ask court authorities whether she should get custody of their 10-year-old son, King. In addition, she seeks to have a judge “make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”

It’s unclear why exactly Chyna has chosen now to gain more parental rights when it comes to her son. She has been going through quite a transformative year, mending many of her formerly toxic relationships with her exes, in laws, and even her own mother, and seemingly committing to positive lifestyle changes so it’s probably safe to assume that’s why, but from Tyga’s stand point I do understand him being hesitant to changing an agreement they’ve had no problem with for nearly a decade.. but people do change. It’s also hard to imagine why he’d need to pay child support if he’s the one that has primary custody. What do you guys think of this mess? Should Tyga be required to bend?
