The Real may have finally chose a replacement for Tamar Braxton.
Tamar Braxton was formerly apart of the daytime talk show The Real alongside Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry Housley, Adrienna Bailon, & Loni Love, however that eventually ended when she and the show mutually parted ways. The aftermath of the situation saw a rotating chair of guest hosts making appearances on the show since, seeing faces like Monica, Tisha Campbell, Jess Hilarous, and various others taking their seat at table. While this seems to have been working for the show, it seems that situation will be no more as they have allegedly found their new permanent co-host.
According to a report exclusively from the folks over at The Jasmine Brand, the syndicated talk show is bringing on a permanent fifth co-host. The source reveals that actress and comedian Amanda Seales will allegedly be added permanently. “She guest co-hosted on the show for awhile and they loved her, she really connected with the audience!” they stated.
It’s stated the the ratings for the series have continued to increase and the staff believes Amanda Seales will further diversify the points of view and conversations that the show is known for. This could certainly be true considering Seales has become infamous for having outspoken opinions and causing quite the conversation.
Amanda Seales’ most recent TV credits include HBO’s Insecure, where she plays the role of Tiffany DuBois. Also in 2016, Seales began hosting her own show on truTV called Greatest Ever. She is a co-host on Bring the Funny alongside judges Kenan Thompson, Chrissy Teigen, and Jeff Foxworthy.
