Chris Bosh’ mom, Frieda Bosh, has reportedly been arrested for allegedly using a disabled man in “drug distribution activities.”
According to a report by TMZ, Frieda and another man living at the Texas home owned by Chris Bosh, Johnathan Brown, are accused of forcing a man to use his disability check to pay their rent.
A little over a week ago, cops raided the home which they believe was being used as part of a crack cocaine and heroin trafficking operation involving Frieda and Brown. While executing a search warrant, police reportedly found a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Brown is accused of running the drug ring, while Frieda, “allowed this to occur as a means of obtaining free narcotics and marijuana from Brown, while also allowing narcotics and marijuana to be distributed from the offense location.”
Chris Bosh owns the property in DeSoto, Texas but he does not live there and has tried to have his mother evicted. According to TMZ, the two haven’t spoken in years.
According to DallasNews, Frieda was released after posting bond but Brown remained in custody at the Tarrant County jail Wednesday morning.
