SAD TIMES: YouTube Cooking Sensation Auntie Fee Taken Off Life Support following Heart Attack; Dead at 59

Sad times, man. Auntie Fee, whose real name is Felicia O’Dell, has died.

On Friday, March 17, the Youtube sensation, who suffered a heart attack earlier this week, died, her son, Travis Hunter, confirmed.

As previously reported, on Tuesday, March 14, O’Dell was rushed to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center after suffering a massive heart attack. Soon after, news circulated claiming O’Dell had died, although that rumor was quickly shut down after one of her biggest fans and supporters, “Martha and Snoop’s Pot Luck Dinner Party” host Snoop Dogg took to social media requesting prayers on Auntie Fee’s behalf.

In 2014, the viral cooking star’s career launched to super stardom after posting a series of epic cooking demonstrations cleverly titled like “Sweet Treats for Kids,” “Good A– Chicken,” and “Dumb Good Mac ’N Cheese” via YouTube. Quickly, her following rose to over half a million subscribers. She also made a handful of appearances on popular shows like “The Steve Harvey Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “Real Husbands of Hollywood,” and in films like Barbershop 3.

Odell was 59. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her loved ones.
