PER USUAL: Azealia Banks is On the Attack; This Time At Kanye West & Kim Kardashian – “They Are Aggravating Black People At the Expense of Dragging Their Outrage”

Azealia Banks did not hold back in her thoughts about Kanye West’s Twitter usage today but, then again, does she ever hold back? One of the biggest stories all day has been Kanye’s expressive nature on Twitter, sharing his love for Donald Trump and fighting back against media outlets misusing his words. His wife, Kim Kardashian, has chimed in thus far, and so has Donald Trump himself. While they are both supporting Kanye’s use of free speech, Azealia Banks claims that unlike Kim’s thoughts, “Kanye is not ahead of his time” because she said everything he has during the actual election.

Writing a lengthy post on her Instagram, Azealia shared her thoughts on Kanye’s supposed presidential run in 2024 while also giving her opinion on his method of internet engagement. Addressing Kim directly, Banks reposted one of the reality star’s tweets, adding, “I said alllll of these things during the election. Y’all are aggravating the black people at the expense of dragging their outrage into more clicks/streams etc for whatever Kanye is about to drop. Outrage is internet engagement algorithm 101, y’all are not slick.” Taking things a step further, the “212” artist dissed Ye’s way of thought, saying, “Nothing at all profound, necessary or eloquent about anything your husband says. I wish you would make him read a book cover to cover before you send that black man into a world of white people with such base level theories as well as his very limited vernacular as pertaining to any of the pseudo-intellectual things he tries to say.”

Ending off her thoughts, Azealia wrote that Kanye will never be the President and, in turn, Kim will never be First Lady. Her remarks are definitely harsh but, just like Kanye, she is speaking her mind on the matter. What do you think of her response?

No @kimkardashian Kanye is not ahead of his time. I said alllll of these things during the election. I had an actual reason for it. Never once did I call trump a good person or say he deserves “love”. Y’all are aggravating the black people at the expense of dragging their outrage into more clicks/streams etc for whatever Kanye is about to drop. Outrage is internet engagement algorithm 101, y’all are not slick. Nothing at all profound, necessary or eloquent about anything your husband says. I wish you would make him read a book cover to cover before you send that black man into a world of white people with such base level theories as well as his very limited vernacular as pertaining to any of the pseudo-intellectual things he tries to say. Kanye will never be the president and you will never ever be the First Lady. Give it up sis.
