AFTER BEING PEPPER SPRAYED: Boosie Badazz Is Being Sued For Assault & Battery (VIDEO)

Boosie is being sued by the security guard who pepper sprayed him back in 2017.

Boosie Badazz is in hot water for his role in a scuffle at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, Mississippi, dating back to last year. The incident in question reportedly started as a security guard asked Boosie and his entourage to leave a a Dillard department store. Glen Kerley, the security guard on the scene, reportedly asked a second time before tensions flared and Boosie & company became aggressive to the point of of a physical altercation. It’s at this point that Glen Kerley produced a can of pepper spray and used it squarely on Boosie. What happened next is anyone’s guess.

Boosie had initially filed a lawsuit against Dillard’s department store, the Edgewater Mall and the Biloxi Police Department, Kerley included. Boosie claims the officer accosted him for no reason, whereas the department store insists the rapper and his entourage were creating an unnecessary blockade within the store. Boosie’s case is predicated by a belief that the officer in question issued a racial remark before the point of escalation.

According to the Blast, Kerley is now counter-suing Boosie for assault and battery. Kerley claims that Boosie and his cohorts repeatedly punched him as he tried to escort them to the exit. Kerly also claims that he did not at any point retaliate past his initial point of obstruction with the pepper spray. We’ll have to see how this plays out. Check out alleged video of the situation below:
