Phaedra Parks is reportedly attempting to offload one of her Buckhead mansions.
According to sources, the former real housewife listed the 4,500-square-foot home, located in Chastain, for $1.5 million.
Records show the home was purchased for $845,000 four years ago.
The semi-manse has just four bedrooms and four full bathrooms (along with two half-baths), but photos on the listing site show there’s plenty of gaudiness to go around.
Interestingly, the AJC notes that Parks listed another one of her mansions—one she purchased less than a year ago—for rent last month, but the listing was even shorter lived than Scaramucci’s White House tenure.
There’s no word on why the $10,000 monthly listing was taken down.
Maybe Parks will have better luck with her home than co-star Sheree Whitfield, who ended up suing her insurance company over her sprawling Sandy Springs mansion.
