Though she is possibly preggers, it didn’t stop Remy from bringing the pain on the upcoming remix of the Kodak Black track ‘Roll in Peace.’ Remy Ma just dropped a preview dropped a preview of the track yesterday (Jan 5th) on IG and there is a whole lot of shade being tossed around in the snippet of the upcoming track.
“You can’t fuck with me baby you don’t understand bitch/This for Remy Mafia I do this for my fans bitch/I get 100 bands bitch/You ain’t even got no man bitch/Why would I give you a chance shorty when I can give you these hands bitch?/You don’t want no smoke with me/You really a joke to me,” she spits. Yikes. And there’s more.
So, the obvious question is, who is the target of these bars? The easy answer that many members of social media went to was Nicki Minaj, as the two have been taking shots at each other for quite some time now. But, the heat could be aimed at Azealia Banks, who Remy recently beefed with on Instagram. Especially if you put the rhymes into context.
The two rappers traded shots a few weeks back, with Remy resorting to exposing old text messages she received from the Harlem MC, who at times sounded desperate to link up. After the dust settled, Banks contemplated suing Remy on social media.
Or maybe, just maybe, Remy is only speaking in general? (Rappers do do that, you know?) What do you guys think?
