Blac Chyna is still going strong against the Jenner & Kardashian family.
Among the number of court cases in Blac Chyna’s life – surrounding the custody of her children and her leaked sex tape – TMZ has received new updates on Blac’s lawsuit against the Kardashian/Jenner family.
It seems as though Khloe, Kylie, Kim and momager Kris Jenner are asking the judge to toss Blac’s defamation lawsuit because they’re legally allowed to call her any names they so please. Apparently, the court made a decision to protect comments on calling the plaintiff a “loser,” “a big skank” and “a top-ranking dumb ass.”
The documents obtained by the publication show that the family of reality stars are trying to prove that Blac is “tarnishing” their brand and is “damaging to [their] family and a threat to Rob’s safety.”
As we previously posted, the sisters are trying to prove to the court that “The show [Rob & Chyna] is giving this toxic woman money and exposure she lives and breathes for and by continuing it … [s]he will proceed with using and physically abusing my brother.”
