Fabolous was an invited guest at last night’s Lil Kim show, in the midst of his family’s domestic violence situation.
Yesterday we reported a video of Fabolous stepping to his baby mother and her father with a knife. The incident in question preceded events which took place at the beginning of the month. Fabolous’ partner Emily B alleges he knocked out her front teeth in a domestic dispute earlier in the month. The former reality star reportedly had to remove firearms from her home because she was beginning to fear for her life.
TMZ has obtained footage of Fabolous in concert with Lil Kim, several hours after the violent video surfaced. In the video, which can be seen below, Fabolous thanks his fans for their ‘love and support’ during this difficult time. Fabolous has one foot foot arched over a speaker, his hype man to his right screaming ostensibly for added effect. The performance took place at Terminal 5 in New York City. One thing’s for certain, the crowd reacted positively in spite of heinous charges against the rapper. These questions of commitment often arise when rappers or celebrities become humanized by a single statement or action.
