JUST GOTTA MAKE IT: Trey Songz Pleads Guilty and Gets a Plea Deal in Detroit Assault Case

Mr. Steal Your Girl just made off with a sweet plea deal.

Trey Songz reached a plea deal of 18 months probation on Friday stemming from a December concert in Detroit where he destroyed the stage and hurled objects into the crowd.

The 32-year-old singer will also attend anger management classes and be ordered to drug tests, according to TMZ.

Songz — whose real name is Tremaine Neverson — had been charged with aggravated assault and assaulting a police officer — both charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

A police sergeant was punched after the singer became outraged that his performance had to be cut short.

Before his meltdown, Songz alerted the Joe Louis Arena that things would get ugly if they cut off his mic — and they did.

The artist was co-headlining the show with R&B star Chris Brown.

He apologized to the city on Friday, saying “I love Detroit” and declaring he had no intentions of causing a disturbance. Catch video of the incident below:
