K. Michelle keeps it “Supa Hood.”
The R&B songstress released her new track over a month ago and now she’s back with it’s accompanying video featuring City Girls’ Yung Miami and Kash Doll. Over a heavy-hitting beat, K sings the praises of her man. “The hooder the better, we better together / The richer the ni**a, the p*ssy get wetter,” sings the former “Love & Hip Hop” star, while Kash Doll and a very pregnant and beautiful Yung Miami celebrate their own hood love.
The video see’s the crew surrounded by exactly what they’ve requested, a bunch of nice looking men giving their best hood impressions.
“I want to thank Kash Doll and Yung Miami for their participation in making this record and the video,” K told the folks over at Complex. “Their addition made this song really fun and that’s what I wanted to make: A Good Fun Song!! Men get to talk their shit and women need to be free to talk their shit too! This song encompasses all of that.”
The track is the first to be lifted from K’s pending fifth album ‘All Monsters Are Human,’ the follow-up to 2017’s Kimberly: The People I Used to Know. The project is due this fall.
