I KNOW YOU LYING: Fabolous Reportedly Pleads Not Guilty To Assaulting & Threatening Emily B After Being Offered a Plea Deal

Fab was offered a plea deal for allegedly assaulting Emily B.

Fabolous has been engulfed in a pretty nasty legal battle throughout the year. The rapper was arrested on domestic violence charges in March after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Emily B. While the two appear to be back on good terms, he’s still dealing with some hefty legal issues stemming from the alleged incident. The rapper appeared in court today where he denied all charges that have been filed against him in the case.

Earlier today, Fabolous pled not guilty to all four felony charges in the case stemming from the alleged assault of Emily B, Bossip reports. The rapper’s lawyer, Brian Neary said his client was “not guilty” in court on Monday. However, Neary said that the prosecutors on the case offered Fabolous a possible plea deal. The plea agreement would mean that the case wouldn’t have to go to trial.

Neary said the prosecutors offered Fab a plea deal where he would plead guilty to one count of felony brandishing and threatening a domestic violence with scissors. Not only would the case not have to go to trial, but Fab would also not have to serve any time behind bars. However, the details pertaining to what kind of punishment Fab would face if he accepted the plea is unclear. The judge in the case also said that Fab is ineligible for Pre Trial Intervention where he’d likely have to attend at least six months of domestic violence classes.

Neary asked the court for more time to go over the plea deal with Fabolous. Fab and Neary are due back in court in December.
