Apollo Nida is trying to “Go away from” the prenup agreement he signed with Phaedra Parks.
According to sources, Nida filed documents in court stating that just months after the prenup was signed in October 2009, Phaedra Parks got a job on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and their financial situation not only vastly improved but completely changed the dynamic between the two of them when it came to money.
Nida is now arguing that the massive changes to their finances should be grounds for him to be able to get out of the prenup.
We’ll see if a judge agrees.
