NeNe Leakes and her husband Greg are doing just fine, “thankyouverymuch.”
On Aug. 6, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star took to Instagram to slam a report that her husband, Gregg, suffered a stroke while filming an episode of the reality TV show.
Alongside a headline that read “Is Gregg Ok? NeNe’s husband suffers scary crisis while filming ‘RHOA,'” NeNe said the whole thing was fake news.
“We’ve gotten tons of text messages, calls and emails from concern family & friends because these lying a– people don’t take family in consideration when they Print [garbage!],” she wrote. “NO Gregg has NEVER suffered a Stroke before! YES Gregg did get sick during filming.”
The sickness was so minor that she said he drove himself to the emergency room and she wasn’t even with him — that’s how uneventful the whole thing was.
“See this is when I need people to put their thinking caps on (1)Gregg suffers a stroke (2)His doctors put him on bed rest (3)yet he’s at a party on Saturday night,” she wrote. “Let’s just keep Gregg’s health and mine too in prayer hunni. Lawd knows we need it PS: you can’t even get sick these days and go to the ER without folks saying your dead.”
The couple seems healthy and happy in an Instagram she shared on Aug. 5 from their pal Todd Tucker’s birthday.
Notice we at itsKenBarbie.com didn’t even report the alleged “stroke” story. Just that I’d put that out there.
