Never one to hold anything back, The Breakfast Club’s Charlamagne tha god revealed how Tyler Perry’s own admission of molestation supposedly helped the radio personality identify his struggles with being raped at a young age.
Charlamagne sat down with TV One where he stated that he was molested at 8 years old by his cousin’s ex-wife.
As he continued with the story, he says he didn’t know it was rape or wrong until he saw Tyler Perry on the Oprah Winfrey Show crying about being molested by an older woman.
He said he enjoyed it and didn’t want it to stop and the only reason it did was because the ex-wife got a Jheri curl and he didn’t like the smell of it.

This sort of made me cringe. It sounds like he’s glorifying young male molestation and excusing her behavior because he liked it. I don’t like that. We really need to stop focusing on just the men and expose some of these women. Stories like these are far too common. What do you guys think?
