Madam would’ve never let this happen. Eva had one last photo in her hand which would keep someone in the running for ‘America’s Next Top Husband,’ but apparently that photo didn’t feature her current hubby.
Actress, America’s Next Top Model Winner, and RHOA alum Eva Marcille is ready to pull the plug on her marriage to Michael Sterling. According to court documents filed on March 23rd, Eva is asking the judge to officially end her marriage. The couple has been married for five years and share two children.
According to the court documents filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County, she cited the marriage as being “irretrievably broken.” Marcille didn’t specify any reason for the divorce in the paperwork but is asking for primary physical custody, child support, and an even spilt of their assets, given she has three minor children; Michael Sterling Jr, Maverick Sterling, and Marley Sterling. She also declared there was no possibility of reconciliation.
Eva’s petition also vsays she should be the parent who has the final say on all decisions related to their kids, as she feels she’s the most fit and proper caregiver. Eva and Michael got married in 2018, and have kept things rather private as far as any trouble is concerned which is what makes this surprising many. You never really know what’s going down behind closed doors.
It’s never cool to see marriages fall apart especially when there are children involved, but unfortunately sometimes it really is best for all parties involved so we can only wish a healthy co-parenting experience going forward. What are your thoughts? Are you sad to see these two call it quits?
