Bardi clapped back after being targeted by the plantiff’s lawyers in her case who decided her outfits she wears to court were important enough to discuss with the media.
Cardi B has been visiting the Queens Supreme Court in New York the past few months as she faces charges against her for an alleged strip club fight back in 2018, with a pair of Instagram hoes who are also seeking clout, Jade and Baddie Gi, who claim Cardi allegedly ordered an attack on the two sisters back in August 2018.
Cardi has since appeared at the Queens Supreme Court in New York for multiple hearings, and every time she arrives, she arrives in style. (As she should considering she’s still taking the low brow case very seriously every step of the way. So why not dress the part?)
However, apparently the plantiff’s attorney in the case doesn’t quite understand why one would want to dress nice for court. That or he’s simply using the details of the case as an excuse for free press considering Cardi’s celebrity. We’re willing to be it’s the later. The attorney, Joseph Tacopina was quoted stating to the NY Post, “Cardi treats her trips to the courthouse like a runway show.”
Though Cardi has been relatively quiet about the case in terms of social media, the Bronx sensation clapped back in a series of Instagram posts once she caught wind of the article. “Bro, I don’t dress inappropriate when I go to court. I dress like a young f*cking lady. Where am I supposed to get my suits from H&M?” she said, before calling out the attorney for using her case for press, “Why are you worried about the way I dress? That just shows you do this sh*t for press.”
Take a look at what Cardi had to say in the videos below. What do you guys think?
