SAY WHAT NOW?: Paparazzi Photographer Reportedly Sues VH1 & BET Over “Stolen” Images She Took of Cardi B

Rebecca Fay Walsh is looking for $15K for each image.

Cardi B has been one of the top stars in the music industry since the release of “Bodak Yellow” and she’s successfully stuck around, enjoying an incredible campaign throughout 2018. As she preps a new album to be dropped around the same time as her Invasion Of Privacy anniversary, it seems there are more and more folks coming from left field trying to get their hands in the ‘Money Moves’ pot.

The latest legal bout around Cardi seems as though an old photo of Cardi has crept up to get certain other companies in trouble, such as Viacom, according to TMZ.

According to the publication, the photo that’s seen below was taken by Rebecca Fay Walsh and after Cardi shared it to her feed (boasting that the Tom Ford lipstick she wore sold out in 24 hours) VH1 and BET’s parent company, Viacom, used it on their site without Rebecca’s consent. Because no one asked for her permission to publish the image, she’s now said to be suing for $150,000 for each use of the image.

What’s interesting though is that Cardi hasn’t been named in the lawsuit, Rebecca just wants her coins from the companies who reposted it. Take a look at the original post of the photo below. What do you guys think?
