SAY IT WITH YA CHEST!: T.I. Claps Back At Haters Who Branded Him “Disrespectful” for Celebrating Both Nicki Minaj & Cardi B – “I Don’t Have to Choose a Side, Unlike You Miserable Mf’ers” (VIDEO)

T.I. spits some real talk.

There’s room for more than one woman in hip hop to take the throne, that is, according to T.I. The Atlanta emcee caught some heat after he went mobile with his Trap Museum a few months back, an art installation that features some of today’s most influential, top-selling rappers. Most recently, the Trap Museum landed in Los Angeles where artists like Migos, 21 Savage, Future, Nipsey Hussle, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross, YG, Pusha T, and of course, T.I., himself, were honored.

There were plenty of buzz-worthy exhibits within the museum, but one that stood out was the split room dedicated to Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. The beef between these two chart-topping rappers has been long-standing, even culminating into a physical altercation at 2018’s New York Fashion Week. After initially bad-mouthing one another on social media, both Nicki and Cardi have refrained from speaking about each other in recent months.

However, that hasn’t stopped their fans, or trolls, from stirring the pot in an effort to pit these two against one another. In the fight for the throne, T.I. believes there’s room for more than one queen to take the top tier title. In the Trap Museum, there was a regal throne in the middle of the space; one side is painted in tribute to Nicki, while the other is dedicated to Cardi. Which TIP of course got heat for, mainy from Minaj fans who felt Cardi wasn’t deserving of such recognition.

During a recent chat with the folks over at the Rap Radar podcast in a split-screen, TIP his thoughts about the two New York rappers and finally addressed all the talk about the exhibit:

“When does celebrating too queens become disrespectful to one? I never understood that. This is an acknowledgement. Both of these young ladies have struggled and overcame obstacles and defied the odds to put themselves in position to represent themselves and the next generation.” Before continuing, “Why in the hell is you trying to pin one against the other? Whether they have their own personal differences or not? That ain’t my job to perpetuate that, and I ain’t gotta choose a side, unlike you miserable mf’ers, I have my own opinion.” Peep what Tip had to say in full below and let us know if you agree:
