NO SURPRISES HERE: Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Ex-boyfriend Nick Gordon Arrested AGAIN for Domestic Violence

Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of Whitney Houston’s late daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested on Saturday for reportedly attacking his girlfriend, Laura Leal.

TMZ reports that authorities arrested Gordon, 28, in Seminole, Florida, for domestic battery, stemming for a “battery-touch or strike” incident. According to police, Leal contacted police and said Gordon pulled her chair and punched her in the cheek numerous times as she drove him home from a bar on Saturday night.

Leal said that once they arrived home, Gordon continued to argue with her. After deputies arrived to the home, Gordon said he told Leal to just “leave him alone” and leave the home after she allegedly threw a bottle at him and ripped his shirt.

The victim refused medical treatment, but Gordon was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. He posted $500 and bailed out of jail shortly after. His next scheduled hearing is in April.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Gordon was arrested last June when Leal accused him of hitting her and locking her in their shared home on Friday night. According to authorities, Gordon was arrested inside a clubhouse near the couple’s Sanford residence.

The case was later dropped when Leal reportedly became dissatisfied with the legal process and didn’t cooperate with pursuing charges.

Gordon, whose been living in the Florida area since 2015, was found legally responsible last year for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 16, 2015, after fighting for her life for months inside several hospitals and then ultimately, a hospice center.

Bobbi Kristina’s official cause of death was listed as cardiac arrest. According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, she had a mixture of marijuana, alcohol, morphine and other drugs in her system, which led to pneumonia, and ultimately, cardiac arrest. Gordon was accused of administering the dangerous cocktail of drugs to Bobbi Kristina.

Gordon has long been suspected of physically and emotionally abusing Bobbi Kristina, yet he was never criminally charged for the alleged abuse or for her death. He was found legally responsible for her death after he failed to appear in civil court to answer charges. In November 2016, a Fulton County, Georgia, judge ordered Gordon to pay $36 million in damages to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family.
