Just when the haters thought they were doing something continuously referencing “knot” jokes in Cardi B’s direction, Cardi shows she’s not above laughing at herself.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper posted a photo of an adorable little girl dressed up in a red dress similar to the ruffled Dulce & Gabbana gown Cardi wore during her altercation with Nicki Minaj. However, the kid’s outfit wasn’t complete, according to Cardi.
“Sooooooo buteeeeee❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ she forgot the knot 😩😩😩💪🏾” read Cardi’s tweet, referring to the large bump she had on her head after the incident mentioned above.
This post denotes the first time Cardi directly addressed the altercation. Prior, Cardi dropped a few general shots on Instagram. “Nobody can make you feel like you cheated yourself or you don’t deserve to be where you at when you KNOW YOU WORKED YOURSELF TO THE TOP,” read one of her posts next to a clip of a 2016 performance. She also posted a list of 2018’s Top 10 best-selling hip-hop albums which lists her effort, Invasion of Privacy, in the No. 3 spot while Minaj’s latest effort, Queen, didn’t make the cut. “NUMBERS DONT FUCKIN LIE,” read the caption next to the post.
