Meme star Danielle Bregoli has actually kickstarted a music career.
Danielle Bregoli became an internet star after her enraged performance on an episode of Dr Phil became a modern-day catchphrase: “Cash me outside, howbow dah?”
Now she has capitalised on her internet fame by launching a music career under the stage name Bhad Bhabie. Her debut single “These Heaux” has already garnered over 21 million views (and counting) and earned her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (it currently sits at No. 77). On Friday (Sept. 15), a new press release from Atlantic Records indicated that Bregoli inked a record deal with the company that houses labelmates Ed Sheeran, Paramore, and Cardi B.
TMZ reports that the viral star will release multiple albums as part of her new multi-million dollar deal. Bhad Bhabie’s rapid ascent to fame began after her infamous “Cash Me Outside” one-liner went viral following her appearance on Dr. Phil back in September 2016. Since then, her star continued to rise and even starred in Kodak Black’s “Everything 1K” video.
