DJ Akademiks has clearly taken the gloves off when it comes to Nicki Minaj.
In what has turned into the most unlikely hip hop-related beef, DJ Akademiks and Nicki Minaj’s tit-for-tat seems to be ongoing. We’ve recently reported on the four-hour-long video Akademiks recorded live on his Twitch account where he detailed the evolution of the animosity between himself and the Queen rapper. Akademiks has continued to read off messages were sent to him by Nicki with threats of physical violence.
The social media commentator resurfaced on his Twitch account last night where he continued to drag the rapper by every wig she’s ever worn. In the hour long rant, Akademiks started things off by stating Nicki has been practicing scare tactics in terms of her previous threats, by asking previous friends of his about his whereabouts, when in reality he claims she knows exactly where he lives.
That was probably the most tame of the allegations as he then went into bringing up Nicki’s brother who is currently in jail for sexual assault asking “How was it growing up with your pedophile brother? Let’s talk about that.” And even addressing quite a few of Nicki’s allegations regarding his relationship with another current prison resident, Tekashi 6ix9ine.
“You begged 6ix9nine for ‘FeFe’ to have for your pathetic album and you did it for free” DJ AK sounded off speaking on Minaj’s last technical hit on the charts in 2018. Then continuing by confirming previous rumors that Tekashi had a deal on the table with fashion brand Fashion Nova to simply utilize product placement and a banner in his video for his collab with Minaj and Kanye West “Mama,” which Nicki apparently felt offended by and shot down simply because of the brands affilition and partnership with Cardi B.
The last section of the claims came when Academiks also spoke out on Nicki being the start of the now ended beef that took place between Drake and Meek Mill. Which also ties in to why she and Drake are no longer on good terms to this day. Peep the video below. Thoughts?
