It’s the first of February which means quite a few important things. First, it’s Black History Month. Second, rent is due…and last but certainly least, Beyoncé has dropped tour dates on us and suddenly nothing else matters. Renaissance me, please.
Ladies and gets… this is not a mf drill. Beyoncé is officially opening the doors to Club Renaissance and will be hitting the road for the first time since 2018’s On The Run II Tour with Jay-Z.
After much speculation in recent months, Queen Bey dropped the official dates for the Renaissance World Tour 2023. The singer will kick off the European leg first. The tour will begin in Stockholm, Sweden on May 10th before heading to various European cities including Paris, London, and Amsterdam. The North American leg will begin with two nights in Toronto on July 8th and 9th before heading to Philadelphia to begin the remainder of her U.S. dates. Beyoncé will be hitting every major U.S. city including two nights in both New York and Los Angeles.
Naturally, the tour news has the internet and absolutely buzzing with excitement. Not just with fans ready to secure their coins for the anticipated event, but also with fans reminding us that securing tickets to see big name artists live has never felt so difficult with issues such as scalpers, bots, dynamic pricing, overcrowded presales and so on.
“Swifties I need you to explain ticketmaster to me QUICKLY,” tweeted one user, of course throwing it back to the hurdles Taylor Swift fans had to go through to secure her tickets last year. Other Bey fans are more concerned with how much the tickets will set them back financially. “Me at beyonce’s tour after selling my kidney to buy the tickets,” posted one another.
In response to the chaotic Taylor Swift on-sale last fall, tickets to Beyonce’s forthcoming “Renaissance” stadium tour will be released on a staggered basis complete with verified fan registration. So hopefully that helps…Well, best of luck to everyone and may we all meet at Club Renaissance, with all of our limbs and bank accounts still in tact. Check out some of the best reactions to the tour announcement below and let us know.. you ready, Bey?

If I can’t get Renaissance tour tickets for my city, best believe I will get them for any available date in another location. Even if it’s out the country. At this point, I will plan an entire vacation around this Beyoncé tour with no shame 😅🤣🐝
