It looks like Tami Roman may have just gotten her wish, as Basketball Wives veteran Jennifer Williams has officially returned to the series.
The reality star has already “signed her contract and already started filming” for Season 6, according to TheJasmineBrand.
The 42-year-old beauty was an original cast member of the series, introducing herself as the wife of former New Jersey Nets player, Eric Williams. She also happened to be best friends with Evelyn Lozada, a relationship that came crashing down when Jen didn’t support her relationship with now ex-husband, Chad Ochocinco.
Last week, fellow BBW star Tami claimed production wanted to bring the Jersey girl back for the entire season, but Evelyn blocked the move by telling producers she’d walk if they hired her frenemy. Sources are now backing up those claims, though Evelyn has denied it.
“Evelyn and Jennifer haven’t spoken in years and they fell-out publicly. Evelyn did NOT want Jennifer back on the show.”
“Evelyn has some power within the show and told producers that it was either her or Jennifer. Initially, they wanted Evelyn back so much, that they agreed.”
Apparently, their years-long feud is what prompted producers to bring Jen back, believing she plans to confront the mother of two towards the end of the season.
