Despite all of the controversy that ignited from country music Twitter once it was announced that she’d be taking stage at tonight’s CMA Awards, Beyoncé took the stage like a queen as always and showed them exactly why she was in the building.
Queen Bey’s arrival at the top of the third hour, performing Lemonade’s “Daddy Lessons” alongside the Dixie Chicks, was just as iconic as one would have imagined it to be. Realizing that so far this year Bey has brought a little bit of “Lemonade” to every major award show. Check out the performance below:
