K. Michelle has a message for the haters.
K. Michelle has been pretty open and honest about her health struggles lately, especially since a majority of them stemmed from her black market butt injections followed by the painful removal. “I’ve gone through a physical transformation, a mental transformation, I think I’m more tough,” she said during recovery.
Now that Michelle is feeling more like herself, she shared a few cute photos of her Fashion Nova get-ups on Instagram and a number of people came for her accusing her of skin bleaching. “I specifically remember you being browner sis… This makes me sad. I don’t get what’s wrong with being brown. did I miss something. She just don’t know that Black is beautiful,” an Instagram user wrote.
Michelle followed up on the remarks with a lengthy explanation of her own. “[…] I think I’m still black. The shit y’all make up when you just can’t find anything to hang a person. Ive been fighting for my life for 6 months. Umm of course I dont look the same. Seriously. I was Like seriously sick to the point of not knowing if I would still be here,” she wrote.
The “Love Em All” singer even responded to rumours of being dropped from her label and other possible alterations she may have done to her body. Read the full post below.
