6ix9ine reportedly struck a deal with the feds.
Tekashi 6ix9ine’s been in federal prison since November after getting arrested and indicted on firearms and racketeering charges. Earlier this week, one of his associates was indicted in possible connection to Chief Keef shooting in 2018. In the latest development in the rapper’s case, it would appear as if he may have struck a deal.
According to TMZ, Tekashi 6ix9ine is pleading guilty to 9 counts in his federal case. The rapper reportedly struck a deal with prosecutors on Jan. 23rd. He pleads guilty to multiple counts of conspiracy racketeering, firearms offenses, drug offenses and drug trafficking. At this point, it’s unclear what sentence he faces now that he pleads guilty. New unsealed documents revealed that he was involved with trafficking heroin, fentanyl, ecstast, amphetamines, and weed.
As for the conspiracy counts, officials said it consisted of acts of murder, robbery, and extortion.
Earlier today, reports emerged claiming that 6ix9ine may have entered a deal. In an updated indicted, 6ix9ine was not listed as a defendant and many believed that meant he was cooperating with officials in the case.
Tekashi 6ix9ine was initially arrested in November ahead of the release of his album, Dummy Boy.
