Tamar Braxton wants full physical custody of her son with Vincent Herbert, and she doesn’t want to have to pay spousal support.
According to TMZ, Braxton, who recently filed for divorce, said in the legal documents that she and Herbert are splitting because of irreconcilable differences. She also requested sole physical custody of 4-year-old Logan and asked a judge not to assign spousal support.
Braxton also listed their massive L.A. home as an asset but acknowledged that it was community property.
Since there is no evidence of a prenup agreement, all of this may just be within reach for Braxton if a judge happens to rule her way.
News of the split has completely shocked fans of the singer and the couple’s reality series, Tamar & Vince.
In a new teaser for the final season of the WEtv hit, the record exec shares that he believes his soon-to-be ex is going through a midlife crisis, which may be the root of their latest marital woes.
In fact, the couple appear to be at odds throughout the trailer, with Herbert telling the misses that she’s too difficult to manage while she threatens to take her career into her own hands.
