Here’s a little bit of tea regarding a rumor that’s been swirling on the net. I want you guys to take it with a grain of salt. Sometimes we roll our eyes at the things that are brought to our attention, saying there’s no way some things could happen. But life beats fiction, and I have just the example to prove it… There’s a rumor on social media now that JT from The City Girls is pregnant… by a prison guard. I know how crazy this sounds. So let’s dig into it.
Let’s start off with the reason why Jatavia “JT” Johnson is in prison. She started her prison term in July 2018 for credit card fraud charges. It seems that the star was pretending to be someone else and used their credit card. Now she’s serving her time at a Federal Correctional facility in Tallahassee. This was not a very good moment for their group, as they were just starting to grow some notoriety. However, she’s almost halfway done. As she’s reportedly supposed to get out of prison on March 21, 2020.
So now there’s this rumor that she is four months pregnant by a prison guard…even going as far as saying the rapper is refusing to give up the identity of which guard impregnated her. Over the weekend, the story broke and, it’s absolutely insane. But you know the Internet, and Twitter seems so certain about it. Here’s what they’re saying:
This story makes Orange Is the New Black seem pretty mild now. In total honesty, it might not be true. After a little research we found that the story was originated by MediaTakeout as well as another unreliable source, the original kings of unapologetically fake news. Her group mate Yung Miami addressed the situation via Instagram by saying “It’s not True! They lying!” when questioned by a fan. So there we have it..until the next click bait rumor, I suppose. What do you guys think? Can we just hope JT gets out soon?
