AND I WAS LIKE… WHY ARE YOU SO OBSESSED WITH ME?: Mariah Carey Comes to Settlement with Ex-Manager Who Accused Her of Sexual Harassment

The case is said to be officially closed.

Mariah Carey and former manager Stella Bulochnikov have reportedly come to a settlement in the case that had Stella suing her former client for sexual harassment. Stella claimed that Mariah violated the U.S. Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act by strutting around her naked and doing “sexual things in Stella’s presence.”

Page Six now reports that both parties have “reached a mutually agreed resolution to this matter.” Stella’s attorney declined to comment on whether she accepted cash payments during the settlement.

Stella worked for Mariah for three years through November 2017. Before the case came along, Mariah released a statement detailing how Stella did not “perform her job effectively.”

“Stella was not under contract for employment. She has been spreading false rumors to any media outlet that will publish them. We won’t respond to lies and threats,” the letter wrote.

“Again, if this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully. It is also interesting to note that this is the first lawyer who will move forward on Stella’s behalf, having previously gone through three others who wouldn’t.”

Back in 2016, a source confirmed to Page Six that Stella was, in fact, not doing her job to the best of her ability. “Stella is the furthest thing from a manager. She’s a TV producer. She’s practically moved in with Mariah and now she has so much stuff on her that she can get her to do anything.”
