SHMONEY MOVES: Cardi B Surpasses Beyoncé for Most Simultaneous Hot 100 Entries Held by a Female Artist

Cardi B’s debut album, Invasion of Privacy, recently debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in its first week. She also broke streaming records when she amassed 100 million plays during her first week. Now, it appears that the down-to-earth New York rapper has achieved another milestone on the strength of her first studio album.

As Billboard reports, 12 of Cardi’s songs from Invasion of Privacy, plus her track with Bruno Mars, “Finesse (Remix),” are currently charting on the Hot 100, which means she now has the most simultaneous titles on the ranking by a solo female. With this latest record, Cardi dethrones none other than Beyoncé as the former record-holder. Queen Bey formerly held this record in May of 2016 when her album Lemonade debuted with 12 songs on the Hot 100. Unsurprisingly, Drake holds the record for most simultaneously charting Hot 100 entries over all with an impressive 24 tracks charting.

Beyoncé boasted 12 tracks on the Hot 100 dated May 14, 2016, the week that her album Lemonade launched at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 (with all the set’s songs on the Hot 100 that week).

Here is a look at Cardi B’s 13 songs on the Hot 100 dated April 21:

No. 8, “I Like It” (Cardi B, Bad Bunny & J Balvin) (debut)
No. 10, “Finesse” (Bruno Mars & Cardi B)
No. 11, “Be Careful”
No. 21, “Drip” (feat. Migos) (debut)
No. 23, “I Do” (feat. SZA) (debut)
No. 28, “Ring” (feat. Kehlani) (debut)
No. 32, “Bartier Cardi” (feat. 21 Savage)
No. 38, “Get Up 10” (debut)
No. 39, “Best Life” (feat. Chance The Rapper) (debut)
No. 43, “Bickenhead” (debut)
No. 50, “Thru Your Phone” (debut)
No. 57, “She Bad” (Cardi B & YG) (debut)
No. 58, “Money Bag” (debut)

Cardi has had one of the most exciting come-up’s in recent history, and as fans continue to celebrate the release of her debut album (and haters continue to trash it) one thing remains the same—she’s still out here making plenty of shmoney moves.
