Few things in life are guaranteed, except for death, taxes, and DaniLeigh going viral. As the internet’s new favorite punching bag, the Miami-born singer/rapper has been making all kinds of headlines in recent months and much of it has nothing to do with her music. Her latest album MOVIE was basically dead on arrival as the public chose to focus on the numerous controversies that have surrounded the artist, including her most recent colorism scandal that arose from her previewed “Yellow Bone” song.
Following rumors that she and DaBaby may have reunited, a few weeks back DaniLeigh took some time to snap pictures with fans at a sneaker shop. The video quickly began to be picked apart for a number of reasons. For starters, the way she’s walking is pretty strange. “Why tf she walk like that?” asked one commenter. Also, she’s not wearing a mask in the store, prompting people to call her out for not taking the pandemic seriously while everyone around her masked up. But the main reason this video has people talking is because of Dani’s stomach.

As DaniLeigh stayedd quiet about rumors that she’s carrying DaBaby’s baby, a recent performance only fueled speculation as fans suggested she tried her hardest to hide what appeared to be a growing baby bump. One fan writes, “awww she’s having a baby..” and another, “I [know] what it feels like when u want ur pregnancy private so, but honey I see ur glow and props for her to still doing her thing while doing so… that is not easy..”
Well, considering we’re still partly quarantined, no appearance of a belly bulge is to be trusted as a baby. However, that hasn’t stopped the internet from running with the assumption.
